Covenants by Lorna Freeman
Rabbit. Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit. He alone should be reason enough to love this first book of the Borderland Series, though there might also be the fantastical (and fantastic!) world, the humor, the action! But mostly Rabbit. Who's Rabbit? The hero of this epic debut novel. The following books in the series are also excellent.

I've been a writer since I was twelve and a storyteller all my life. Twenty moves through my youth gave me many opportunities to see the world, experience people and cultivate a highly (sometimes overly) active imagination; thus, the fantasy genre called out to me, demanding my attention. Story ideas haunt me in the night, characters demand birth, and I love every disturbing moment of it.
